These Are the 10 Most Influential Fashion Celebrities of 2025

These names have been searched, saved, and pinned above any others.

The social media landscape is a bit treacherous these days. TikTok is facing an uncertain future, Pinterest is dominated by ads, and Meta has left fact-checking by the wayside. Searching for fashion inspiration amid all the noise is a bit like digging for a needle in a haystack.

A recent study by NYC Leather Jackets has combed social media data across platforms to identify the celebrities whose aesthetics have been emulated most this year. The list spans fashion figures, musicians, and actors ranked by their cultural relevance. The score was calculated based on monthly search volume, social media mentions, number of Pinterest pins, presence at fashion weeks, and if the celeb is known for a specific trend or aesthetic.

The Most Influential Fashion Celebrities in 2025

  1. No surprise here — Rihanna tops the list, coming in with the most mentions across social media platforms (35,000,000) and three brand collaborations.
  2. Second on the list is mega-star Taylor Swift, who has the highest monthly fashion-related search volume (3,393,100). Her position also reflects her strong social media presence, Pinterest board pins, and number of brand collaborations. She is also known for driving trends like sequin and sparkly dresses seen in her Eras Tour.
  3. Next up, Kim Kardashian had the highest number of fashion-related pins on Pinterest. Her brand (Skims), multiple collaborations, and an unparalleled social media presence increase her impact.
  4. Kylie Jenner had the most appearances at fashion weeks and was known to influence bodycon dresses. Now, she is equated with the cottage-core aesthetic.
  5. Gigi Hadid has a whopping 21,000,000 mentions across social media platforms, which ranks third among all celebrities in this metric.
  6. Kendall Jenner comes in just behind her sister in fashion week attendance and is also known for her brand deals.
  7. Bella Hadid comes in just behind her sister as well, with 16,000,000 fashion-related mentions across social media platforms. She had a relatively low number of searches, possibly due to her recent decision to stay out of the limelight.
  8. Hailey Bieber is 8th on the list. While she has one of the lowest search volumes, Bieber has an overall score of 84.5 because of her strong presence in fashion shows and on Pinterest.
  9. Zendaya had the lowest number of mentions across social media platforms (a lowly 6 million), but her fashion week appearances, brand collaborations, and high-fashion red carpet looks bolster her ranking.
  10. Closing up the ranking is Dua Lipa. She generated 11,000,000 mentions across different social media platforms, despite the lowest search volume (22,400) and pins on Pinterest (849).
