Front Row Fashion: What VIP Guests Wore to New York Fashion Week

Now that New York Fashion Week has come and gone,  forecasters and editors (ourselves included) are combing through countless runway images to boil down the hottest trends. But, we also wanted to take a beat to check out what was trending off of the runways. Celebs, fashion influencers, and a whose who of media were dressed to the nines around the city. We’ve rounded up some of our favorite front-row fashion and party looks.

Sandy Liang New York Fashion Week Show at Studio 525

Some pretty influential names were in attendence at Sandy Liang. Guests at the FW24 show, held at Studio 525, included Awkwafina, Annasophia Robb, Chase Sui Wonders, Devon Lee Carlson, Ella Emhoff, and Sydney Carlson. The designer’s bows were a hot accessory, but a pocket pooch was hard to beat.

New York Fashion Week Powered By Art Hearts Fashion

The first night of New York Fashion Week, inclusive lingerie brand Adore Me teamed up with Ashanti to revive romance on the catwalk and kick off Art Hearts Fashion Shows. The three-part show finished with a performance by Ashanti. Not surprisingly, the many guests wore lingerie-inspired looks, confirming our suspicion that tights are making a comeback.

Bronx & Baco at ZZ’s Club

Instead of a traditional runway show, eveningwear brand Bronx and Banco hosted an exclusive presentation at ZZ’s Club in Hudson Yard. Models posed around the event showcasing the upcoming collection with personalized makeup looks by Beauty Creations and nails by Chillhouse Chill Tips. The event drew some pretty big names, including Marisa Tomei, Chanel Iman, Romee Strijd, Olivia Palermo, Whitney Port, Iskra Lawrence, Nicky Hilton, and RHONJ star Melissa Gorga. With many outfitted in the designer, the looks were fem-powered with strong shoulders, lots of sparkle, and pops of bright color.

“What you choose to wear is a direct expression of how you feel, if you wake up in the morning and you’re feeling like a boss, you can put on a blazer and tie, if you are feeling softer and more feminine you can reach for a lace dress,” says Natalie De’Banco. “This collection is all about wearing what you feel comfortable in, what feels good for you.”
