Run specialty franchisor Fleet Feet has released a new holiday campaign for customers to curate their perfect gift lists. The initiative is designed bolster both e-commerce and in-store engagement. The retailer guides shoppers to create personalized wishlists on fleetfeet.com, complemented by engaging in-store events and exclusive giveaways.
Fleet Feet plans to market the campaign across all brand marketing and advertising channels for a seamless, omnichannel campaign and shopping experience. “A Fleet Feet wishlist simplifies holiday shopping for both the shopper and the list maker because it takes the guesswork out of a stressful time,” explains Ashley Arnold, Director of Brand Marketing. “Whether they typically shop in-store or online, we’re encouraging our customers to create and exchange wishlists with their loved ones. Then they can shop with confidence online or in-store for a more relaxed holiday experience.”
Customers engage with the brand by either logging into their existing account or signing up for a free account for the first time. Then they can save items to their wishlist. “By logging into fleetfeet.com, customers are automatically entered into our rewards program, Fleet Feet Milestones,” Arnold adds. “Plus, customers who have gotten a 3D scan from our fit id® process at a Fleet Feet store can now view their scan data on our site and use that information to find their new favorite pair of shoes in the proper size.”
In-store synchronization includes customizable clip-on “staff picks” tags for employees bring the concept to life in-store, tabletop signage, and window posters. “Staff are encouraged to share their ‘most wished for’ items in the store to help encourage wishlist creation,” she notes. Plus, local Fleet Feet locations will host festive events, like Jolly Jogs and Friends and Family gatherings.
As a part of the campaign, Fleet Feet is launching multiple giveaway moments, including three chances to win an entire wishlist valued up to $1,500 and 15 Days of Giveaways of prizes from partners including ASICS, Brooks, HOKA, New Balance, On, and Saucony. Customers have a chance to win the style if it is included on their wishlist.
