Designer Cesare Casadei borrowed the silhouette straight from his 1980 archives, reinterpreting it in a modern key. The red satin décolleté wears an elegant spool heel and metallic knit bow with tiny embedded rhinestones. The Creative Director was inspired by a butterfly that would accompany woman during their constant transformations.
