Ugg warms up the holidays with a shopping experience centered on comfort

‘Tis the season for gifting and Ugg is offering consumers a slate of new services to make holiday shopping as seamless as possible. For the first time ever, #UggShop allows shoppers to buy things directly from Instagram (more details this way), and consumers also have the option to buy online and pick up at their local Ugg store, while select markets (New York, Chicago and Washington, D.C.) will offer same-day delivery. Extended store hours, free gift wrap and a holiday hotline will also be available to enhance the shopping experience.

“We hope consumers will enjoy the added value that we’re offering them both in-store and online this season, as we continue to offer a seamless shopping experience no matter how they prefer to shop with us,” says Connie Rishwain, president of Ugg. 

To celebrate the launch of its upgraded shopping experience as well as its re-imagined Classic Short in glittering leopard print, Ugg unveiled “Twinkling Lights,” a festive, multi-channel campaign. “Our holiday campaign truly embodies the spirit of the season and represents the ‘magic’ that we all feel when giving the perfect gift,” Rishwain explains.
