Thanks to this winter’s erratic weather conditions, rain boots have bounced into fashion. Kids and adults alike are saving their finest footwear by packing them up for school and work and choosing to navigate the elements in durable rubber boots. Even the stars’ kids, most of whom live in temperate L.A., are kicking around in waterproof wellies. —Meagan Walker

The ultimate trendsetter of kids’ fashion, Suri Cruise has been spotted wearing a number of different wellies, from red and pink polka dots to fairytale design to the newest rubber-made trend, the cowboy cut.

Unlike Suri’s eclectic mix, Zahara Jolie-Pitt opts for more traditional rainproof attire, pairing her basic black Ralph Lauren gumboots with her peter pan collared empire-waist coat.
