Soon-to-be mom and Best Actress winner Natalie Portman dared to wear Jimmy Choo heels--the plum color pairing perfectly with her off-the-shoulder Rodarte gown.
Gwyneth Paltrow's shimmering Brian Atwood heels complimented her champagne-colored Calvin Klein sheath and Louis Vuitton jewelry.
Supporting Actress winner Melissa Leo mastered the art of color coordination, combining her ivory and gold-underlay Marc Bouwer gown with a pair of shimmering T-strap heels in the same two shades.
Helen Mirren remained majestic in gunmetal gray, from a Vivienne Westwood gown to a pair of platform shoes.
Nicole Kidman proved the exception to the rule, pairing her white Christian Dior Couture creation with peep-toe Pierre Hardy heels in a bold tomato red.
