Custom-designed footwear brand Shoes of Prey has been personalizing the look of fashionable ladies for several years. This fall, that customization will extend to their nail polish through a unique collaboration with Butter London. Six exclusive hues are inspired by the season’s trending fabrics, and shade names nod to Shoes of Prey’s custom shoe styles.
Emulating lush velvet, buttery suede and textured glitter, the collection features Butter London’s highly pigmented lacquer formulas so that customers can custom-create a pair of shoes to match their polish. “When your toes peek out of the perfect peep toe, show themselves in fab sandals or unexpectedly come out when you’re obliged to remove your shoes at a friend’s house, there’s nothing better than glossy nails in colors to complement your style,” explains Jodie Fox, Shoes of Prey co-founder, as to why the collaboration was a natural partnership. The collection is due to launch at Nordstrom and on Butter London’s website this August.
