Run for Good

Yesterday, Saucony announced a partnership with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fun’s Run And Race (RAR) program. RAR encourages runners to participate in any road race to raise funds for Boston’s Dana-Farber. Participants sign up in a race of their choice and then fill out Dana-Farber and the Jimmy Fund’s online form to create an event fundraising web page, where they can set fundraising goals as an individual or group. Saucony is the first-ever presenting sponsor of the program. “This is an extraordinary opportunity for Saucony and the running community to do good by doing what we love—running,” offers Mary O’Brien, VP of marketing for Saucony. “The Dana-Farber Run Any Race program extends the fundraising opportunity for runners everywhere to ‘find their strong’ in support of Dana-Farber’s ultimate goal of eradicating cancer.”
