Christopher Dixon, a former Pensole Academy design contestant, will be debuting his Christopher Coy collection at next week’s FN PLATFORM, marking the first time the designer will be present at the show as an exhibitor. “The difference this time is I am no longer just sharing my concept story for votes, but rather telling the story to get real purchase orders from buyers,” Dixon offers. “I still want to be able to give them the inside design process I learned at Pensole but in a very new, innovative way.” His architecturally inspired designs would make Frank LLoynd Wright proud, using only the best Napa leathers, suedes and exotics. Coming full circle, Dixon will launch the collection at FN PLATFORM’s Pensole booth.
