Sneakerheads rejoice! Boston-based New Balance and cool kicks store Concepts have done it again. The duo have reunited to release the limited edition Concepts x New Balance “Made in USA” 997 Rose. Inspired by rose champagne, the sneakers feature a premium pig suede upper done in a rose colorway with croc-embossed cow leather accents.
In conjunction with the launch of the limited-edition shoe, Concepts is debuting its first New York City outpost at 225 Hudson Street in New York City’s Tribeca neighborhood. Serving as a pop-up to support collaboration releases through a creative in-store experience, the store will open exclusively to launch collaborations and close when the style is no longer available. First up? The 997 Rose, which launches tomorrow, Nov. 8 and retails for $235 exclusively at Concepts New York, Concepts Cambridge and on cncpts.com.
