For Fall ’16, Keen Utility is introducing the Tacoma Series, an anticipated collection of boots that feature rugged performance details to stand up to the task at hand. Built for the toughest of working environments, the non-metallic collection blends durable construction and innovative materials with the comfort, quality and fit the brand is known for. The Tacoma will be promoted heavily at retail and highlighted by a month-long national promotion awarding one lucky customer with a 2017 Toyota Tacoma truck.
Keen Utility’s Tacoma Series features the Tacoma XT CSA, a heavy-duty safety boot featuring asymmetrical composite toes, a puncture-resistant midsole plate and Barnyard proof leather that resists the damaging effects of oleic acid, urea, sodium chloride and ammonium hydroxide, extending the life of the boot and boosting performance in the messiest or most caustic environments. The Tacoma WP delivers rugged and durable performance featuring a Goodyear Welt construction, asymmetrical composite safety toes and durable design details.
Keen Utility retail accounts are able to access the promotion by purchasing at least two Tacoma SKUs for the fall selling season and will be provided a comprehensive promotion package designed to help drive traffic with in-store materials and digital resources for online and social media platforms.

The national promotion will take place throughout the month of October 2016 with customers entered to win with every pair of Tacoma boots they try on. A winner will be announced on November 15 and invited to a celebration at Keen headquarters in Portland, OR where they will drive off in their new Tacoma truck.
