Earth Teams With Wortmann Group to Distribute Tamaris in North America

Tamaris, a division of by Wortmann Group, is expanding its footprint in the North American marketplace with a distribution agreement, beginning this fall,  with Earth, Inc. of Waltham, MA.

“Fall 2021 is ideal timing for the brand to expand across the pond,” says Lance DeShazo, senior vice president, who will lead the North America team for Tamaris, describing the brand  as an “instant win in the North American marketplace, offering incredible value, design and built-in comfort with a fashion twist.”  Tamaris offers a wide range of styles focused on fit, comfort and versatility. ANTIshokk and ANTIslide are two of its leading comfort technologies. DeShazo adds that Green Step, an assortment of styles with eco and sustainability components, is a timely add-on to the collection.

Tamaris kicked off the partnership at the Micam Americas digital event today, and will be shown by appointment at Magic Pop-up in Orlando and The Atlanta Shoe Market later this month. Independent retail shops, better department stores and full price ecommerce sites are the brand’s targeted points of distribution. Tamaris.us is scheduled to go live this August; the site will offer an expanded assortment. An extensive marketing campaign throughout the Fall/Winter ’21 season will support the expansion.
