Following in the footsteps of Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato has signed with Skechers and will appear in the company’s global marketing and social media campaigns through 2016. Lovato, known for hit singles “Heart Attack” and “Neon Lights” as well as two seasons as an X-Factor judge, will make her first official appearance in a new Skechers TV commercial and accompanying print ad later this year.
“My generation grew up with Skechers,” says Lovato, “and now with all of their cool styles and fun colors I’m excited to introduce the collection to a new generation by sharing this incredible brand’s campaign with Lovatics!” Skechers President Michael Greenberg says Lovato “represents everything we look for in a Skechers star.” He adds, “Demi’s talent certifies her position as a pop music superstar as well as a powerful influencer with millions of fans around the globe.”
