Selected by an independent panel of judges and sponsored by Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, the award recognizes financial professionals in the Greater Philadelphia area for their outstanding performance as corporate financial stewards.

Since joining Dansko in 2006, Fox has created and implemented financial controls that have served as the foundation for profitable and well-managed growth. He recently worked as the lead internal executive managing Dansko’s transition to a 100 percent employee-owned company, displaying a commitment to Dankso’s mission of creating a better tomorrow. “Over the past eight years, Jim has effectively offered financial and executive guidance, as well as an ethical model of leadership,” says Mandy Cabot, Dankso co-founder, president and CEO.

In addition to supporting financial management and leadership, Fox has displayed a dedication to making a difference, both in the office and the local communty. He frequently participates in Dansko volunteer events, recently supporting the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and Stroud Water Research Center during a pair of environmental preservation projects.
