Today, emerging footwear brand Liuid releases a sneaker collaboration with New York Jets player Brandon Marshall and his non-profit organization, Project 375. Available for men and women, $18 of each sale (retailing for $79) goes towards Marshall’s cause, dedicated to eradicating the stigma surrounding mental health by raising awareness and improving care. The styles feature bright green coloring with perforated overlay designs.
Project 375 is a cause close to Liuid founder Stan Hu’s heart. “We’re both just starting out and trying to give back to our communities,” he says of the commonalties between his brand and Marshall’s cause, adding, “Due to my service in the military and its inherent connection to PTSD, I can personally relate to the importance of mental health awareness and the stigma that surrounds it.”
