Born Footwear Launches #BORNHEROES Social Media Campaign

Amid the current Covid-19 pandemic that has turned our world upside down, Born Footwear, a division of H.H. Brown, is highlighting individuals who are committing random acts of kindness for fellow citizens. The #BORNHEROES campaign champions a selected hero every day on the brand’s social media channels to bring light to their compassion and generosity. Each hero is gifted a pair of shoes and is given a platform to share how they are doing their part to uplift their community.

Jenna Purcell, a featured good Samaritan from the campaign, has been collecting masks from her community to donate to front line healthcare professionals. In two days, she collected more than 600 masks.

“It’s imperative for us to come together now more than ever,” says Carmine Iandiorio,, Born’s vice president of marketing. “We couldn’t be more impressed with the way our community has stepped up to support one another during these unprecedented times. We look forward to continuing to highlight the everyday heroes that are taking time out of their day to help out one another. When our community unites, the possibilities are endless!”
