Ugg for Men hosted a gathering of influencers last night at New York City hotspot The Lion to celebrate the launch of its Fall 2013 “For Gamechangers” campaign, featuring NFL Quarterback Tom Brady, and to officially kick off the new #UggMenofCharacter Tumblr contest, which allows people worldwide to recognize and celebrate a friend for their accomplishments.

To bring this concept to life, the brand presented a panel of notables exploring what being a man of character means to them. Eloquently moderated by Swagger New York founder Sian-Pierre Regis, the salon featured Lawrence Cann, CEO of Street Soccer USA, Edward Song, founder of Korilla BBQ and John DeLucie, chef/proprietor of The Lion. Each panel member entertained the guests during a lively 20 minute salon-style discussion about how they strived to get to the top of their game in their respective industries, what has inspired them to become the men they are today and what really makes a Man of Character.
