Skechers Foundation makes its largest ever donation to children with special needs

Skechers recently donated more than $480,000 to programs and classes for children with special needs in Southern California. During a ceremony at the footwear brand’s Manhattan Beach headquarters, $209,000 was presented to the non-profit organization Friendship Circle while more than $280,000 was shared between six of the area’s education foundations. Proceeds for this were raised during last October’s Pier to Pier Friendship Walk, an annual event that encourages families and businesses to support local kids.
