Jones Apparel Group to Hold Designer Search Event

Designers take note: Jones Apparel Group (JAG) is hiring! Rather than run the traditional classified ad, the fashion conglomerate is holding a designer search event in partnership with Gen Art, an arts and entertainment organization dedicated to showcasing emerging fashion designers. The cocktail party is scheduled for Nov. 18th at JAG’s Rachel Roy showroom in New York.
“We are positioning JAG in a fun and exciting way and believe this event will be a great opportunity for those with the appropriate experience looking for new design opportunities in footwear, accessories and apparel,” says Shayna Fernando, senior marketing manager for Anne Klein. “Our HR team will select candidates to attend the event, which will be hosted by our designers who will give tours of our showrooms to excite the candidates about working at JAG.”
