Everyday is Shoe Lover Day here at Footwear Plus, but now the rest of the country can get in on the act, too. On Saturday, October 26, DSW is celebrating the first-ever National Shoe Lover Day. To mark the occasion, the footwear chain is giving shoe lovers everywhere the chance to win free shoes for a year. Customers who make a purchase on that day from any DSW store or dsw.com will receive a peel-off card–if the card is a “free shoes for a year” winner, that customer will receive bonus cards throughout the year. “One whole day to celebrate gorgeous shoes and party with our superstar Shoe Lovers? There’s absolutely nothing better than that!” says Kelly Cook, senior vice president of marketing.
