Josh Turner, country music star who has sold over five million albums, is the new face of the Ariat International brand. A standout in the Western and equestrian footwear, apparel and accessories categories, Turner has been a fan of Ariat International ever since discovering the brand while on a trip in Billings, MT. “They were the most comfortable boots I had ever put on, and I knew the rubber sole would be great on stage to keep me from slipping and sliding,” he says. “From that point on, I fell in love with the brand.”
Ariat International will be sponsoring various dates on Turner’s 2013 Punching Bag Tour, and advertisments in such magazines as Cowboys and Indians, American Cowboy, Western Horseman and Spirit will feature the country music star. Turner has had numerous No. 1 hits including “Would You Go With Me” and “Why Don’t We Just Dance,” and his new album, Punching Bag, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart. Turner also founded The Josh Turner Scholarship Fund to aid students who wish to pursue a career in the arts.
