This week, Rack Room Shoes and Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse announced new hires to its corporate team. The additions, Julie Barr as human resources director and Kim Auman-Fanning as loss prevention director (pictured, from left), are testaments to the company’s employee longevity. Barr succeeded Susan Winstead (who retired after 24 years of service) as Human Resources Director, bringing 15 years of experience in human resources, and Auman-Fanning succeeded Johnny Turner as Loss Prevention Director and brings three decades of experience in loss prevention. (Turner retired after 35 years of service.)
