Contemporary handbag company Botkier New York announced last week that it would be debuting its first footwear collection for Spring ’17. The 100-piece line features a full range of sandals, block heels, espadrilles, sneakers, pumps and wedges perfect for its core customer of fashion-forward Millennial women.
“I am so excited to launch our 2017 Spring footwear collection,” says founder Monica Botkier. “There is a void in the market for fashion-forward shoes that appeal to our Millennial customers. Our loyal followers have been asking me to do shoes for a long time. I am just so excited to offer them this beautiful and edgy collection.”
The collection features signature details from the brand’s handbag and jewelry styles including vibrant suede and denim in “cobblestone friendly” block heels and flats. Crafted from luxe leathers, a bright color palette is reminiscent of Old Town Havana. The collection starts at $108 retail, and will be available online and in retailers this February.
