Retail accounts will also be able to work directly with the sales force in order to bring product to their stores from the newly established Justin Brands warehouse in Lanaken, Belgium, which will provide a more efficient and cost-effective process for customers who were previously importing directly from the U.S. “We are focused on bringing superior craftsmanship, great value and top notch customer service to our customers in Europe,” says Randy Watson, CEO and chairman of the Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary.
